Terms and Conditions

There's a some important things to remember when you come and see us. We're committed to providing a great facility, so here's what you need to know.

  • Please keep your dog on a lead as you come to the Bark Park.
  • For general client bookings, a maximum of four dogs are allowed in the Bark Park during a standard session, and six dogs during the enhanced sessions.
  • Sessions with a larger number of dogs delivered by canine organisations that we partner with are available. Please get in contact with us to discuss.
  • The Bark Park is for use only in daylight hours. Please book accordingly.
  • Please do not crowd the entrance gate whilst you are waiting to enter, and be mindful of others and their dogs. Remember to only release your dog from a lead when you have entered the Bark Park.
  • Do not approach any other dogs without the consent of the owner. It's worth bearing in mind that many of the dogs that use the Bark Park may be nervous, or require space and special considerations.
  • We may occasionally be filming for social media and other marketing purposes at the Bark Park. Whilst we will always attempt to seek permission and let you know, there could be instances where this may not be possible.
  • We do not permit the use of any adverse training method or equipment at the Bark Park. Such methods include – but are not limited to - shock collars, choke/check leads, pinch collars etc.
  • Please ensure that you – and your dog – are ready to leave the Bark Park at your allotted time. Despite its rural location, the Bark Park is monitored regularily.
  • Please take all of your belongings such as clothing and dog toys with you at the end of your session.

Remember, make sure you leave the Bark Park as you'd like to find it. Let's all be responsible for our dogs, and let's especially keep an eye on that poop please!
